Meghan grew up playing soccer in her hometown outside of Atlanta, GA. In high school/college she worked at a local gym where she discovered her passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. However, in college she neglected her training and nutrition; over time, this resulted in weight gain and decreased strength/conditioning. After college, determined to regain her prior fitness level, she tried a variety of workout routines and nutrition programs. While training for her first half marathon she discovered CrossFit and never looked back.
Within 6 months she achieved more than she ever dreamed, not just physically and nutritionally, but in all areas of wellness. In 2011 and 2012 Meghan competed in the CrossFit Open and earned a spot to compete as an individual in the Southeast Regionals. Through her own devotion to improve in all areas of wellness, she discovered her desire to coach individuals of all ages and fitness levels to achieve their lifestyle, nutrition, and performance goals. Meghan moved to Arizona to “go all in” on her goals to compete and be a full-time coach. Meghan is excited to help you on your fitness journey whether your looking to upgrade your training or just getting started.
