Macros With Coach Lilo
When it comes to nutrition at BOTB we are lucky to have Coach Lilo. She is someone who has herself made a huge physical transformation by focusing on nutrition. We love tracking macros at BOTB because it is a tool that can be applied to any dietary philosophy and allows you to have any foods you want as long as you manage the quantity. We don’t believe in attaching negative connotations to food like “cheat” meals and things like that. You have a meal plan and some days you stick to it and then there are days you don’t. We feel like the days you don’t adhere to your meal plan 100% don’t have to be negatively labeled, it’s really not that serious, lol.
