April BOTB news and upcoming events!

By: 0

April has been a great month at BOTB.  It really feels like the gym culture is starting to come together and who we are and what we represent as a community is becoming more apparent and we are attracting like minded individuals to become part of our community. We are continuing to see new faces and those new faces are sticking around so we must be headed in the right direction. Thank you all for your support and your commitment to making BOTB such a special place.

Dawn’s best friend(Devi’s Godmother) ,Meredith, was visiting over Easter weekend and she came in for a few classes and she made a comment that literally made my week. She commented on how happy everyone was and in turn how happy I was. She has know me a VERY long time and she told Dawn she’s never seem me smile so much since she’s known me.

Seeing you guys progress, overcome fears, reach goals, and just become more confident individuals truly does make me happy. Thank you for making me a part of your lives.

Team: CFBOTB Password: Dharma

We already have a group so come out and join us!

The World’s Only Mindful Triathlon
Wanderlust 108 is a field day for your inner child. Hold the plastic trophy, because we have better prizes: a full day of self-awareness and inner peace with a vibrant community. Community instead of competition? There’s nothing better than that.

5K RUN – Part 1
This is a 5K (+/-) your way, so don’t sweat it. Or do. Run or walk, prance or skip, stroll, or strut—we don’t mind. Just make it to the finish line.

YOGA – Part 2
75 minutes of DJ-powered yoga will get you in the mood to flow. That’s the Wanderlust way. Whether it’s your first or 500th time on you mat, you’ll find your true rhythm.

Bliss out in a group meditation to clear your mind, relax your body, and complete the mindful triathlon.

And More!
The day doesn’t stop there. Stop by our Kula Market with local vendors, head to your scheduled activity, and drop by a bonus activity or two, should your heart desire.

Moms and Mimosa’s Yoga, 9am, Saturday, May 13

Celebrate your Mother or daughter by giving her the gift of yoga.  We will have a special class dedicated to Mothers followed by Mimosa’s.  All levels welcome.
